What postage do you charge?

Delivery from gellibaff.co.uk is based on actual postage rate. Order before 12noon and we will despatch the very same day. We do rely on 3rd parties for delivery and in over 99% of cases this is done next working day. Unfortunately we can’t be held responsible in any circumstance for the parcel not arriving next day or arriving late.Please allow 3 working days for your order to be delivered.

Where do you deliver?

We ship to quite a number of places, each with different scales of postage and we charge only the cost to us. When checking out you will be given the postage based on the country the products are being delivered to.

Returns Policy

Please note: Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on open packs of Gelli Baff.

Faulty goods
If you receive goods in a damaged or unsuitable condition (we're sorry) we will happily replace them within 7 days of you receiving them. Please contact Customer Services for a return number and once the return has been authorised just return them to us in good condition & in the original packaging. When the item has been processed by our returns team a replacement will be despatched to you. Once the return has been authorised, just send the goods back to us.

All returns must be authorised and have a valid return number. If an item is received back without a returns number a £4.95 charge may be applied for the extra administration involved in handling your return.

Please note: you will be responsible for all item or items until they reach us; we can’t be held responsible for missing / lost items that you return back to us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

We can not refund items on occasions where the customer was not present at the delivery address and the courier (usually Royal Mail) has held the goods locally for your collection. In these cases we can't refund goods that you haven't been to collect until the goods are returned to our warehouse. Once the goods have been returned to us by our carrier we will refund your card for the amount paid less the cost to post the items out, this charge is £3.50.
